Constructed using 16mm good-quality MR-grade plywood, finished with 0.8mm laminate internally and 0.8mm/1mm laminate externally. Includes standard hardware fittings and 1mm PVC edge banding for a neat and durable finish.
Kitchen Pantry Unit

General Terms
- 01Rates are applicable to the specified scope and specifications only.
- 02Final quantities will be measured as per approved drawings/design.
- 03Colour, laminate, hardware and finish selections are subject to package limits.
- 04Any change in specification or upgrade requested by the client will be charged additionally.
- 05Civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, glass, mirror, appliances and decorative works are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
- 06Additional/fancy works will be charged separately based on actual requirements.
- 07Final design and material selections shall be approved before commencement of production.
- 08Rates are intended as package rates and may be revised where the client selects specialty materials, imported hardware or customized finishes.
- 09All dimensions and quantities shall be finalized based on the approved working drawings.
